RealVantage Reserve Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Eligibility

   1. Membership in RealVantage Reserve is by invitation only and is extended to investors who meet the eligibility criteria of maintaining SGD 1 Million of Assets Under Management (AUM) in their RealVantage account continuously for a period of one (1) year.

   2. RealVantage reserves the right to determine eligibility and may revoke membership, at its discretion.

2. Benefits of Membership

   1. Members of RealVantage Reserve ("Members") are entitled to exclusive benefits including but not limited to:

      1. Priority access to new investment opportunities;

      2. Assignment of a dedicated relationship manager;

      3. Invitations to bespoke events and specially curated site visits; and

      4. Preferential rewards and monetary incentives, amongst others.

   2. Benefits are subject to change or termination at RealVantage's discretion, with reasonable notice provided to Members.

3. Duration and Renewal

   1. Membership in RealVantage Reserve is valid for one (1) calendar year from the date of acceptance, unless otherwise terminated in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

   2. Membership is renewed annually on a calendar-year basis, subject to the Member meeting ongoing eligibility criteria.

4. Termination of Membership

   1. RealVantage reserves the right to terminate a Member's membership in RealVantage Reserve at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

      1. Breach of these Terms and Conditions;

      2. Conduct that, at the sole discretion of RealVantage, is deemed detrimental to RealVantage's interests; and

      3. Inactivity in investments or engagement with RealVantage's services, amongst others.

5. Confidentiality

   1. Members may, from time to time, have access to confidential information regarding RealVantage's operations, investments, and strategies. Members shall maintain the confidentiality of such information and shall refrain from disclosing the same to any third party without prior written consent from RealVantage.

6. Amendments

   1. RealVantage reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments shall be communicated to Members via email. Continued participation in RealVantage Reserve following such amendments constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions.

8. Disclaimer

   1. Membership in RealVantage Reserve has not been reviewed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

   2. RealVantage may suspend the benefits of membership if as a result of force majeure, any calamity or condition, industrial actions, computer breakdown or sabotage, any act of terrorism or any other reason whatsoever the provision of the benefits is impossible or hindered.

   3. Any services provided by third parties are subject to their terms and conditions. RealVantage shall not be liable for any loss incurred in connection with such services.
