About The Speakers
Drew Bowie | Managing Director, Head of Real Estate Credit of MA Financial Group
Drew is a credit asset management specialist and has over 25 years’ experience in real estate credit, portfolio management and capital market experience across multiple asset classes.
He has successfully completed an extensive array of development and investment portfolio finance facilities, incorporating senior and structured credit and equity participations for both in bank and non-bank institutions.
His transactions include Realm Adelaide: 310 apartments stretch senior development finance facility, Breakfast Point: Equity and debt for A$1.0bn, 1,800 residential development finance facility. Pace: Securitised 40-year triple net lease to fund the construction of a university research and teaching campus, Hilton Hotel: Construction facility developed under a project delivery agreement, Lend Lease: A$500m acquisition bridge facility refinanced via a A$975m syndicated facility.
Drew was previously responsible for deal origination and portfolio management at MaxCap Group, Pepper Group, RBS and Macquarie Bank.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Business Law) from Curtin University, Associate Diploma Business (Property Valuation), is a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute and is a Certified Practicing Valuer.

Keith is an industry veteran with over 20 years of experience, he has transacted in excess of USD 3 billion across geographies, sectors and the entire real estate investment spectrum. He was the Assistant Director of Investment in ARA Asset Management, Director of Investment in Rockworth Capital Partners, and the Director of Investment Management and Capital Transactions for Firmus Capital.
Jonathan Tan | Associate - Investment Management of RealVantage
Jonathan completed his undergraduate studies in 2019 at the Singapore Management University of Singapore, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems with a Second Major in Finance (High Merit). Prior to joining RealVantage, he worked at a boutique asset management firm specialising in the management of commercial shophouses, co-living spaces and student accommodation.
