Alan practised for a short time as a solicitor, prior to embarking on a more than 30-year career in banking and finance, mostly as a C-suite executive in two publicly listed banking groups. He has worked in the UK, South Africa and Australia and has consulted widely to owner-managed businesses across strategy, technology and operations. Alan’s entrepreneurial pursuits include being co-founder of a Sydney-based family office investment advisory business and developing a home loan over the phone business for a large Australian insurer. Alan co-founded Zagga in 2016 and has held the CEO role since inception.

Tom is an experienced company director, banker and property developer/investor with ten years’ experience in investment for special situations and real property via both private credit and mainstream capital markets.
Keith Ong | CEO and Co-founder of RealVantage
Keith is an industry veteran with over 20 years of experience, he has transacted in excess of USD 3 billion across geographies, sectors and the entire real estate investment spectrum. He was the Assistant Director of Investment in ARA Asset Management, Director of Investment in Rockworth Capital Partners, and the Director of Investment Management and Capital Transactions for Firmus Capital.
Jonathan Tan | Associate - Investment Management of RealVantage
Jonathan completed his undergraduate studies in 2019 at the Singapore Management University of Singapore, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems with a Second Major in Finance (High Merit). Prior to joining RealVantage, he worked at a boutique asset management firm specialising in the management of commercial shophouses, co-living spaces and student accommodation.
